臺北榮民總醫院在醫療品質、病人安全、智慧醫療耕耘多年。除了例行的臨床服務和國家級醫學中心的任務外,臺北榮總另設有品質管理中心,以輔導各科部引入資訊科技技術,結合大數據分析與人工智慧,改善個醫療服務流程,提高醫院管理的透明度和效率,建構良好的病人安全文化。2023年更獲得醫策會國家醫療品質獎傑出醫療類三座鑽石獎的殊榮,證明了臺北榮總在醫療品質、醫療技術精進與創新方面的卓越成果。

英文摘要

Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) is dedicated to achieving high medical quality and patient safety as well as implementing smart health care. In addition to the routine clinical services and responsibilities as a national medical center, the hospital has established a Quality Management Center. This center guides medical departments in adopting information technology, integrating big data analysis and artificial intelligence, and successfully improving patient journeys, and this center plays a critical role in enhancing the transparency and efficiency of hospital management, and ensuring high patient safety. In 2024, TVGH received three National Healthcare Quality Award’s Outstanding Healthcare Diamond Awards from the Joint Commission of Taiwan, indicating its excellence in medical quality, technology advancement, and innovation.
