本實驗使用紅外光同調斷層掃描儀Optical Coherence Tomography 量測有牙 裂縫之患齒，可於任意切面上顯示斷層影像資訊，顯示出牙齒表面以及牙裂縫 深度資訊。此技術於臨床上之活體牙裂縫量測亦得到預期的效果。
英文摘要
A high speed swept-source optical coherence tomography system was assembled to detect cracked teeth, and showed the tomography of any section. The images were used to show the appearance of the tooth and the location of crack line.
