中文摘要

近年來,企業一直將人力資源視為組織內的重要資產,員工的表現直接影響組織的績效和目標的達成。隨著全球科技業競爭激烈,企業更需要成員展現組織公民行為以提升組織績效及企業之競爭力。過去研究中發現,員工情緒智力越高者,組織公民行為之展現也愈多,情緒智力愈高者,對於工作滿意程度也愈高。本研究目的在探討台灣科技業員工情緒智力及工作滿意度對組織公民之影響。本研究採用問卷調查方式蒐集資料。實證結果發現:(1)台灣科技業員工的情緒智力對組織公民行為有顯著影響;(2)情緒智力對工作滿意度有顯著影響;(3)工作滿意度對組織公民行為有顯著影響;(4)情緒智力透過提高工作滿意度來增強組織公民行為的展現。

英文摘要

Enterprises have begun to consider human resources as an important asset in the organization. The employees’ presentation can directly affect an organization’s performance and goal achievement. With the keen competition in global technology industry, the organizational performance and competitive advantages can be enhanced through employees’ organizational citizenship behavior, high emotional intelligence, etc. The aim of this study is to explore the effects of employees’ emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in the high-technology industry in Taiwan. The study involves a survey method and the empirical results show that: (1) there is a significant positive effect of employees’ emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) a significant positive effect of employees’ emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, (3) a significant positive effect of employees’ job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, and (4) when adding job satisfaction, there is a significant positive effect of employees’ emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior.
