中文摘要

本研究目的為探討大陸人士及台灣人士來金門地區旅遊之遊客滿意度與重遊意願之差異進行探討。實際有效問卷共計516份(台灣地區261份、大陸地區255份)。分析資料採用描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、與T檢定分析。在滿意度方面,大陸旅客較台灣旅客在“消費環境與訂價水準”、“食宿品質”、與“可及性與服務態度”方面,感到較為滿意。在重遊意願部份,台灣旅客較大陸旅客重遊意願高,且欲宣傳推薦金門地區旅遊予他人。針對研究結果,亦提出實務上的建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention between Taiwanese and Chinese residents. 516 useable surveys were collected (261 form Taiwan, 255 from China) and data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and t-test. Regarding satisfaction, Chinese travelers would more satisfy with "shopping environment & pricing", "food & accommodation quality", and "tangibility & service attitude" than Taiwanese travelers did. Regarding re-visitation, Taiwanese travelers would more like to revisit Kinmen and recommend it to others than Chinese travelers did. Suggesting implactions according to the results of the study were also provided.
