水土保持植栽管理在邊坡方面須依坡度，硬度進行規劃，然後再依坡場需要進行簡易擋土設施，排水等前期作業。平地栽植之植前作業，注意完善之整地配合雜草之清除，基肥之施用。植生方法一般以撒播、噴植、植生帶舖植、草苗栽植及草皮舖植為主。管理工作以土壤理化性質改變，適量施肥、補植、澆水、覆蓋及病蟲害防治為主。以期儘早達到全面覆蓋綠化之目的。

Management of planting for soil conservaion in the mountain slope area has to consider its slope ness and soil hardness in order to prepare a proper operation for simpler construction to avoid soil slide and drainage. In plain area soil preparation be well done which considering for planting weeding and basic fertilizer application. Management of planting includes broadcasting, gun-shoot seeding, planting weed-belt mantle, weed seedling and weed-all-cover mantle. Management be applying improving soil physico-chemical properties, appropriate fertilization, re-planting, irrigation, covering and pest control to attain over -all coverage purpose in the shortest period .
