We report the case of a 27-year-old woman with undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver (UESL) characterized by a lobulated heterogeneous formation observed on a computed tomography (CT) scan. She had no prior history of hepatitis or liver cirrhosis. She underwent left lobectomy of the liver due to hepatic tumor, after which, UESL was confi rmed by
pathology. Five months later, she experienced epigastric pain, abdominal distention, nausea, and vomiting for 10 days, prior to admission. CT scan of the abdomen showed a large lobulated heterogeneous contrast-enhanced mass in the left upper abdomen compressing the stomach. Recurrent UESL with gastric outlet obstruction was diagnosed, and palliative surgery with tumor resection and enteric bypass was performed.
