百慕達草、高麗芝及假儉草是本省主要的暖季草種，目前只有汰硫草及滅落脫二種萌前除草劑登記使用於百慕達草皮。本試驗進行二次田間試驗，以草脫淨、達有龍、滅落脫、樂滅草、復祿芬、施得圃及三福林等七種萌前除草劑，三種劑量噴施在新植及已建立的百慕草、高麗芝及假儉草草皮上，以評估其藥害情形。三種草中以高麗芝對除草劑之忍受性較高，百慕達草次之，假儉草最敏感。對百慕達草及假儉草發生最嚴重傷害的是復祿芬，其次為草脫淨、達有龍和樂滅草；對高麗芝最嚴重傷害則是達有龍，其次為復祿芬，輕微傷害的是樂滅草和草脫淨；二次試驗中對三種草皆無傷害的是滅落脫、施得圃和三福林。

Field tests were conducted during 1991-1994 to evaluate tolerance and phytotoxic responses of bermudagrass, zoysiagrass, and centipedgrass to major marketed herbicides. High, mormal and low rates of atrazine, diuron, oxyfluorfen, oxadiazon, napropamide, pendimethalin and trifluralin were applied to newly and well esta-blished turfs. Leaf discoloration and other abnormal symptoms were not observed on any turf grass treated with napropamide pendimethalin and trifluralin. Responses to atrazine, oxyfluorfen, and oxadiazon suggested that centipedgrass was most sensitive followed by bermudagrass. Zoysiagrass was severely injured by diuron, but this species was more tolerant than bermudagrass or centipedgrass to other tested herbicides.
