本試驗主要以不同來源(高海拔,2300m、中海拔,1500m、平地,30m)的咸豐草(Bidens pilosa L.)種子及不同來源(高海拔,2300m、中海拔,1500m、平地,30m及海邊,2m)的大花咸豐草(Bidens pilosa L. var. radiata Sch.)為材料,在室內25/20℃(12/12hr)下,進行不同光質(日光,400~700nm、紅光,625~700nm、紅外光,725~750nm、藍光,425~500nm、紫外光,370nm及黑暗)處理對兩種鬼針草屬植物種子發芽之影響,試驗結果如下:1. 不同來源種子處理下,高海拔咸豐草種子有最高的發芽率(64.61%)、發芽係數(16.59)及發芽速率(10.5)。日光或紅光處理咸豐草種子的發芽率最高;平均發芽日數以紅光最短;發芽速率亦以紅光處理為最高。2. 不同來源的咸豐草種子在不同的光質處理下發芽率之影響方面:紅外光、藍光與紫外光及黑暗處理顯著影響不同來源種子之發芽率。紅外光、藍光與紫外光的照射下,則以高海拔種子的發芽率為最高,黑暗處理中則以平地及中海拔種子有較好的表現。3. 不同來源大花咸豐草種子處理下,高海拔種子有最高的發芽率(74.11%)、發芽系數(24.45)及發芽速率(15.23)。在光質中以日光、紅光和藍光具有最高的發芽率,平均發芽日數則以紅光最短,發芽速率亦均以紅光者最高。4. 不同來源的大花咸豐草種子在不同的光質處理下發芽率之影響方面:日光、紅光、紅外光、紫外光及黑暗處理顯著影響不同來源種子之發芽率。日光、紅光、藍光及紫外光處理下,以高海拔種子發芽率最高,紅外光則以平地種子發芽率最高,黑暗處理下,則以海邊與中海拔種子發芽率最高。

英文摘要

Experiments were conducted by using different sources (plain 30m,middle ground (altitude) 1500m and high ground 2300m) of Bidens pilosa L. seeds and different sources (seaside 2m, plain 30m.middle ground (altitud)1500m, high ground 2300 m )of Bidens pilosa L. var.radiata Sch. seeds. The seeds were incubated at 25/20 oC (12/12 hr, Day/night ) for investigating the effects of different light quality (white light 300~700 nm,red light 626~ 700 nm, far-red light 725~750 nm, blue light 425~500 nm, ultraviolet light 370 nm and dark) on seed germination. Results were summarized as follows;1.Comparing different seed sources of Bidens pilosa L. the germination percentage (64.61%),germination coefticient (16.59) and speeds of germination (10.5) were highest in high ground In light quality treatment of Bidens pilosa L. the germination percentage were highest in white and red light, mean days to germination was shortest in red light and speed of germination was also highest in red light.2.Effects of different sources of Bidens pilosa L. and different light quality treatments on seed germination percentage: The far-red light, blue light,ultraviolet light and dark treatments significantly influenced germination percentage of different seed sources. The germination percentage of high ground seed was the highest under far-red light, blue light and ultraviolet light . In dark treatment, seeds from the plain and the middle- altitude had the highest germination percentage. 3.Comparing different seeds treatment of Bidens pilosa L. Var. radiata Sch. the germination percentage (74.11%),germination coefficient (24.45) and speeds of germination (15.23) were the highest in the high ground. In light quality treatment of Bidens pilsa L. var.radiata Sch. the germination percentage was higher in white, red and blue light, mean days to germination was the shortest in red light and speed of germination was also the highest in red light. 4.Effects of different sources of Bidens pilosa L. var. radiata Sch. and different light quality treatments on seed germination percentage:The white light, red light, far-red light, ultraviolet light and dark treatment significantly influenced germination percentage of different seed sources. In dark treatment, seeds from seaside and middle tround had the highest germination percentage.
