Schwannoma of the penis is an extremely rare condition. Most penile schwannomas involve single, small (less than 1 cm in diameter) nodules. Remote recurrence as a single lesion up to seven years after a prior complete resection has been reported in the literature. Herein we report a 40-year-old man who presented with multiple painful round nodules on his
penis. The patient had a previous history of a single penile neurogenic tumor that was resected 15 years ago. He received a second surgical excision of all palpable nodules and remained recurrence-free at 12-month postoperative follow-up.
