Liposarcoma is extremely rare in primary hepatic tumor. Here, we present a 67-year-old male patient with no risk factors of chronic liver disease but was incidentally diagnosed with primary liposarcoma in the left lobe of the liver. The patient underwent tumor resection successfully and regular follow-up showed free of tumor recurrence for 4 years. Curative he-patectomy is the treatment of choice for patients to achieve a long-term survival rate.
