本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)瞭解幼兒園園長學習領導之定 義、概念、現況與研究,以供未來相關研究之參考,本研究依據文獻分析結果 提出以下建議:(一)配合幼兒園園長專業訓練課程持續推廣;(二)建立幼 兒園園長學習領導之內涵;(三)持續建構幼兒園園長學習領導相關之研究。
This study performed literature review to understand the definition, related concepts, and current status of preschool principals’ leadership for learning. Based on the analysis results, recommendations were proposed as follows: (1) The concept of leadership for learning should be promoted by incorporating it into the professional training courses for preschool principals; (2) The meaning of leadership for learning for preschool principles should be developed based on the local context of Taiwan; and (3) More studies on preschool principals’ leadership for learning should be conducted in the future.
